A 2 to 3 hour, high energy meeting including our alumni with select organization leadership to percolate new thinking or provide feedback to org.

A 3 to 4-month, multi-phased engagement carefully scoped and structured to address opportunities of strategic importance to org. A team of alumni is recruited for deep-dive assessment and to generate actionable recommendations.

Located in and focuses its activities and programs in Greater NYC
Annual budget of $100,000 or more

At least 3 full-time paid staff or 3 full-time staff equivalents
Project Champion from Nonprofit attends Brainstorming Session(s) along with key board and/or staff members
Annual budget of $100,000 or more

Project Champion from Nonprofit commitment to be actively involved in the project from its start to its completion, including participating in project kickoff meeting and final presentation from project team
