The mission of ACCESS: Supports for Living is to help people live the healthiest and fullest lives possible. To achieve this mission, our first priority is to those who live with the challenges associated with developmental disabilities and behavioral health issues.

Project: Human Resources

Review leadership and governance structure; recommend changes and investments to streamline operations. Examine corporate structure and affiliate mergers. Analyze Board composition and structure to support growing geography and diversity. Assess core leadership for gaps and under-exploited strengths. Present framework for a scalable, cohesive organization positioned for growth with robust stewardship.

3. Reduce administrative costs and reinvest funds to enhance and expand services & reach.
