To prepare the leaders of tomorrow, Coro needs the right resources today.  You can help fine-tune its development strategy to meet this urgent challenge.

Nonprofit: Coro New York Leadership Center

Coro’s signature Fellows Program, a 9-month intensive boot camp, takes young professionals out of their normal day jobs and rotates them through key city and nonprofit agencies, challenging them to confront real issues, real budgets, real deadlines.  That exposure, along with seminars and special projects, shows them how the city works so they can make it better.

Project: Strategy

Review Coro NY’s Development Plan in light of new strategic goals and the unprecedented challenges facing NYC. The project will include an assessment of Coro’s financing history and projections, its proposed mix of donor support, and whether the current development plan meets both internal objectives and the changing priorities of funders.

● Internal situational assessment, including analysis of funding trends and goals; evaluation of positioning statements; and SWOT assessment, focused on development.

● Development / fund-raising strategic options and recommendation of preferred option(s)
