Hope’s Door prevents, responds to, and partners to end domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and other forms of abuse. Hope’s Door is a domestic violence agency in Westchester that provides an emergency shelter to victims of domestic violence, a 24/7 crisis support and information hotline, and counseling, advocacy, and legal services to victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. Hope’s Door also engages in education and training in schools and community centers throughout Westchester.
Hope’s Door believes the strategic planning process is important to reaffirming its mission and deciding how to best achieve its mission with the resources it has. The project will involve conducting interviews with the board, staff, and key stakeholders to refine its strategic direction for the next several years.
