CGS signature programs include: child abuse prevention, foster care; mental health clinics for children & families; immigration services; resident support & services for those with developmental disabilities.

Project: Strategy

Establish Catholic Guardian Services’ (CGS) mission statement for 2023 and beyond. The new statement will help set the path for the organization going forward and serve as the platform for building awareness of its services and programs. CGS believes it has a significant growth opportunity.

The objective of the project is to:

  • Implement a comprehensive, inclusive mission redevelopment process.
  • Collect input regarding the mission from CGS Board and staff.
  • Develop a new mission statement, collect feedback, refine, and finalize.
