MOCA will serve as a national hub for the Chinese American narrative. MOCA is undergoing a major content transformation and capital campaign of $128 million.

**This project will be done virtually.**

Nonprofit: Museum of Chinese in America

MOCA engages audiences in an ongoing historical dialogue, where people of all backgrounds are able to see history through a different perspective, reflect on their own experiences, and make meaningful connections between the past and the present, the global and the local, themselves and others. Doing this allows MOCA to build bridges, cultivate empathy, and find commonalities between seemingly disparate immigrant communities within the context of U.S. history.

Project: Strategy

After 42 years as a cherished local institution, MOCA will serve locally, nationally, and globally. To obtain this goal, MOCA will require a major branding and marketing strategic analysis, including social media, public relations, and multi-level constituency targeting.

  1. Branding and marketing strategy
  2. Social media strategy, including SEO
  3. Public relations and lobbying
  4. Multi-level constituency targeting strategy
