Help a successful Bronx high school develop a framework for a business and financial plan that incorporates the planned purchase of its buildings and grounds

Nonprofit: Preston High School

Preston High School, located near the Throgs Neck bridge in the Bronx, is committed to the liberal education of young women. Its program of studies is provided within a nurturing environment where every student is respected for her individual dignity and encouraged to pursue her growth as a woman and scholar. PHS enrolls about 500 students in a college preparatory program. Graduates are accepted to a wide range of colleges and universities, including some of the most selective schools in the nation.

Project: Business and Financial Frame

Preston High School has a 75-year track record as an excellent Catholic college preparatory high school. The school is contemplating the purchase of leased buildings and grounds from the Sisters of the Divine Compassion and wants to develop a business framework that incorporates their future financial and operating environment.
