Help a well-regarded Manhattan-based nursery school address its marketing programs to best reach its target audience and thus boost enrollment.

JCC Manhattan is a center for Jewish life that brings people from all walks of life together to learn, raise families, stay healthy, work to improve the city, and develop friendships through an active engagement with Jewish values, community, and tradition. The JCC welcomes and respects the pluralistic nature of our community. It offers many programs, for example, a literacy program in NYC public schools staffed by volunteers, a program to welcome the LGBTQIA+ community, and a Sunday sports league for Sabbath-observing children who could not play in Saturday leagues.
JCC Manhattan has operated successfully as a nursery school for many years, serving families with young children. Recently, the enrollment pipeline seems to have changed. JCCM wants to develop a fact-based understanding of the reasons for this trend, and develop marketing options to better reach its target audience.
