Nonprofit: New York City Employment & Training Coalition

The NYC Employment & Training Coalition (NYCETC) is the nation’s largest city-based workforce development association, bringing together over 200 organizations to strengthen New York City’s economy and talent pipeline. Its members include nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, employers, businesses, labor, government, and philanthropy. NYCETC convenes stakeholders across sectors, advances policy solutions, and helps create pathways to economic opportunity for New Yorkers.

NYCETC has asked us to help evaluate and redesign its membership model to support growth and long-term financial sustainability. How should its membership structure, benefits, and pricing evolve to engage a broader range of organizations while strengthening value for current and future members?

The objective of the project is to:
