This leader in science education has already installed hydroponic labs and related curriculum in 130 partner schools.  It wants to reach many more.

Nonprofit: NY Sun Works

Through its Greenhouse Project, NYSW, an award-winning nonprofit, is giving thousands of students an opportunity to practice hydroponic urban farming and to grow healthy food,  while at the same time learning science and developing a hands-on understanding of sustainability, environmental stewardship and nutrition.

Project:

As it develops a new multi-year growth plan, NYSW is asking Community Partners to help define the scope, key needs and objectives of such a plan at a time of unprecedented challenges in education.
