The National Jazz Museum in Harlem seeks assistance in preparing a two-year business plan with attainable objectives.

**This project will be done virtually.**

Nonprofit: National Jazz Museum in Harlem

The National Jazz Museum in Harlem preserves, promotes, and presents jazz by inspiring knowledge, appreciation and the celebration of jazz locally, nationally and internationally.

Their programming reaches diverse audiences to elevate the “jazz in Harlem” experience and explore the roots and routes of jazz. The Museum engages broad audiences including young and old, novice and scholar, artist and patron, enthusiast and new, curious listener. Yearly, the Museum produces and presents over 100 free live and recorded events globally, engages hundreds of jazz and jazz-adjacent artists and reaches over 150,000 audience members.

Project: Business Plan

NJMIH successfully made it through the pandemic with a dedicated Board and its small staff intact. The Museum seeks help preparing an achievable business plan for a changed nonprofit, education and entertainment world.
