The Museum of Jewish Heritage, located in Battery Park City in Manhattan, New York City, is a memorial to those who perished in the Holocaust. In anticipation of several groundbreaking exhibitions and the 20th anniversary of the institution, we were asked to help develop a strategy to increase visitors and revenue.

For more than 150 years, BAM has been the home for adventurous artists, audiences, and ideas – engaging both global and local communities. With world-renowned programming in theater, dance, music, opera, film, and much more, BAM showcases the work of emerging artists and innovative modern masters. HBS alumni worked with BAM’s executive management team to analyze and optimize organizational structure and create operational and financial efficiencies where possible.
