The 5 individually managed Earned Revenue lines should probably have someone in an oversight role that fosters teamwork, best practices, and co-marketing among them.

The mission of The Juilliard School is to provide the highest caliber of artistic education for gifted musicians, dancers, and actors from around the world, so that they may achieve their fullest potential as artists, leaders, and global citizens.
Earned Revenue is an important source of unrestricted funds for scholarships, among other things. Strategically revamping the oversight of Earned Revenue initiatives will unify Juilliard’s marketing and world-class content, both key to the school’s ongoing competitiveness. Team building among the five sources will support consistent messaging and best practices.
The objective of the project is to define the one-person Earned Revenue coordination/convening role (or suggest another approach) to:
• Ramp up strategic cooperation
• Foster new revenue streams
• Create marketing synergies within Earned Revenue.
